COCKROACH FINDING
There’s quite some bad publicity over this specific restaurant.
I quite liked them but recently I ordered some Fried rice and to my surprise. I FOUND A COCKROACH IN IT.
I called the restaurant and again to my surprise the guy was rude to me and unhelpful.
Was the most disgusting feeling ever because I gave some to my kids before finding it.
I’d refrain buying from them, they’re dirtier than I thought and extremely rude and unhelpful and have no guilt and it seems they receive this kind of complaint regularly as they never seemed bothered.
The restaurant caters halaal food awe foods at an affordable price family friendly and lone friendly all meals you can think of from indians
Love their chicken bryinani plus it goes on special on Fridays. You can get it for R25. So that's a bargain
Poor service! Lack of customer service. Waiter assumed I was taking my food out eventhough I had gotten a seat. Explained to him that I want to seat and enjoy my food from the restaurant.looked like we both had agreed on that until he brought my food all packed in plastic bags for me to leave with! I'd never reccomend this restaurant to anyone!

Large menu with good value. Was a really good place to eat all your special Indian halal meals. Last time out food lacked taste and seemed "watered down". Hope this was just a bad day at the office for the cooks!
Ordered a butter paneer with garlic Naan. The online menu had a lower price compared to what was charged.
Tasted more like a white sauce with paneer. The butter paneer lacked flavor and taste. The portion size was also very small.

The restaurant is quite basic, but food is authentic and tastes great. Some of the curry dishes can be a bit oily sometimes, but not too bad in general. The tikka chicken, dhall curry and naan are excellent. Quantities of serves are good. The service is friendly enough and the owner is genuine and tries hard, but not very sophisticated. The atmosphere is very casual. It can have a canteen-like feel, but they do try to set their mark a little higher - I might describe it as a very casual restaurant. Overall good value for money.
