Cappuccino's CAFE & PIZZERIA

I Linda Sokweba was here in cappuccinos and had the best service ever having been in several restaurants this has been by far the best service I've ever got all thanks to waitor NQ and Manager Molemo for excellent service

Poor quality food, fish looked boiled up and tasteless, pizza seemed like it was frozen, chicken meal looked like it was made at home with some chips thrown onto a plate. Will never support them again. Worst restaurant in the mall by far.

How nice is it to be at Carnevale mail cappuccino I can see wat the person had to drink before me when the waiter served me my drink.

There's too much flies, you don't enjoy while sitting there but food and service is 100%

Not wow nor ugh.second time my order does get checked by the waiter bwfore bringing it wrong to me. Training or discipline, maybe just a job?

Menu is good, an allrounder with nothing that standsout to make come back for a signature dish.

The service is always great, the food excellent and the atmosphere calm I can sit there the whole day.

Took An hour and a half to be served food after i asked them to cancel my order, magically my order was ready now, only to be served dirty prawns, they offered to take them back and to give me better ones, arrived at home, first bite of those prawns i crunched sand again!

Loadshedding should not be an excuse for terrible service. Cappuccino's was the only restaurant without a waiting time - it should have been the first sign.
Our waiter was slow and had a no care attitude.
We were two adults and a child and our food was served separately in 15 minute intervals. Note, they weren't as busy as the other restaurants who also suffered from loadshedding. It was only after attracting the attention of the manager that the last dish was presented. Apparently this meal, a burger, had to be kept warm in the pizza oven? The first meal was a pizza and the middle one a salad.
Guests at a table next to ours left after finishing their meal. A while later, new guests had to clear the table themselves before the manager noticed it and helped.
The food was very nice and that is why they get a two star from me.
The manager was apologetic and very friendly.

A bit expensive for the type of food served but always a calm and nice vibe to catch a quick coffee or afternoon lunch.

Enjoyable time here. It was a farewell brunch with my parents. The music was quite loud when we arrived (it was 11am and we were the only ones sitting outside) so we asked them to turn it down, which they did. The food was tasty, but took quite a while to come. I feel there's good potential, they just need a bit of fine tuning to get it just right, just on the customer service and experience side.

There were small flies and disrupted our lunch we asked for the fly repellant fan they did not have. Manager came to apologise im not one to cause a scene but that apology made me decide to leave immediately since we were in some battle with flies, one got into my drink and i was turned off the food. Because i had to pay i took it with threw it away. Its unhygienic because those small flies can lay eggs on your food and cause diarrhoea. It was my first and last time. The manager should get solutions and stop apologising. Definitely not going back

We sat for 30mins waiting on a salad and no salad. Waiter was no were to be seen. Manager sitting on a table making stories. When we ask the waiter were is our salad. Oh we did not order. Confusion between the person giving u the menu and the person serving you. WELCOME TO SOUTH AFRICA. Definitely will not be back. Pathetic

Was very good experience, i would make a suggestion about the pizza i ordered! If you make a "Mexicana" pizza, please put chilli on it! Was disappointed that it did not even have a slight taste of heat!

Survice was friendly right from entering the store most friendly and excellent service throughout the whole time

Manager and waiter both have an attitude. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant. When queried was told the aircon isn't working. No windows opened. When brought to the managers attention we were told thanks for bringing it to her attention even though she was already aware of the problem. Floor was also dirty and it was just after opening in the morning.

The place is nice, staff very friendly but the time it took for the food to arrive was more than 45mins and no one apologized for that I think maybe it's normal to them.

The service is extremely slow. The food was burnt and stale.

My food had hair underneath it. Which was clearly not mine. When brought to the manager's attention, she argued that it was mushroom fluff.

Then after expert 'analysis' it was determined that the mushroom fluff was in fact human hair.

Unacceptable.

Really bad service from our waitress, dirty glasses and tables. Two stuff members had a heated argument in front of us.
