The food and service was great
However wasn't very impressed with the toilets, toilets were smelly.

Food is good but had a horribly slow service on the day. The manager was polite and tried to make up for it, giving 4 stars just for the effort she made.

Definitely had a good time here, the staff was very welcoming. We asked the manager to reserve a table for two because it was my brother's lady's birthday, we got just that and everything was prepared in time. The waiter was a humble and hospitable guy. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time with their significant other, in a relaxing space. It's perfect for family as well. Thank you Cappuccinos! You'll definitely see me again

Love Cappuccinos, a favorite pit stop when at Carnival mall. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

(Free wifi) only comes with Dining. Not drinks. Also the chai latte was slightly warmer then Luke warm. I would've had quite a few drinks were they not stingy with their wifi and their Chai tea being hot. Writing this from another Coffee shop.

I got here around 13: 15 only to get served at 13: 45 after I had to flag a waiter down. Stayed until 18: 00 came back at 19: 00 no attended to our table until I had to go to the bar to ask for a drink. And asked for the bill which came after 30mins. They should just make it a self service joint ‍️

Great value on Mondays, all pizza and pasta R 69.00 except see food dishes which cost an extra R 20.00, so for example The Cuppachinos special pizza normally costs R 140.00 now costs you R 69.00 on a Monday, and you can take a doggie bag home

Went in today for a quick coffee and a bite, I greeted the staff and proceeded to my fave spot. 20 min later still not a waiter or waitress in site. I packed up, walk out and still was not acknowledge. Maybe it was my invisible day today. Very disappointing

Great Place to go and chill with a couple of friends, Food is exceptional and the atmosphere is Chilled. A little slow on service, but who cares if you just want to chill and enjoy a great meal

Not the cleanest of restaurants. And the food extremely oily. Not to mention that my plate had a whole corner missing. Was so worried the broken piece is somewhere in my food. What a disappointment.

Bit of a wait but totally worth it. Went out of their way and made me a Horlicks milkshake even though it wasnt on the menu. Food was amazing. Menlyn Mall and the Grove branches are absolutely great.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service! Their mojito tasted terrible there was an excess amount of lemon and it tasted like I was drinking lemon water. I expressed my concern and was told that the drink can't be canceled as it costs too much because a lot of ingredients were used so it will be expensive. The manager went on about how this is how they make mojito and that this drink is bitter and ugly because of the ingredients I explained that I have always enjoyed my mojito at other places and the one I had had too much lemon what tasted like lemon concentrate. She said it's not lemon in the mojito it's lime and I didn't read the ingredients and that's why I'm complaining if I actually read them I wouldn't be complaining. I took that as an insult! She did not care about customer service all she cared about was to prove that she was right and I was being silly and didn't know what I was talking about. She insisted to decrease the amount of lime from 1 tot to a spoon and use lemonade instead of soda water. I'm not an expert on drinks but she was annoying. I didn't eat or drink I was so upset! I watched my friend eat. I will NEVER go back there! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Wow the stuff was friendly and love their toasted meal it so delicious with their side salad lovely

Went on a date there.the set-up is cosy and the food was great. Really enjoyed their chicken pasta

Sat down to start working as I tend to do in other coffeeshops. I had an urgent email to send so I just ordered a regular cappuccino and asked for the WiFi password. I was shocked to be told that I will only be given the password AFTER I order a meal and not just a beverage. I honestly had every intention of ordering food while I was there but probably 30 minutes after I had sat down and certainly not under duress. So I packed my things and left without spending anything.

Looking at that I typically order 2 cuppaccinoes and a meal when I work, I would have spent about R200 including the tip. Clearly business is booming if you insist on such policies and ignoring customer needs. So my business won't be missed in perpetuity.

Can't rate your food, your policy left a foul taste in my mouth before I could even order.

Absolutely the most amazing coffee and shakes. Table was a little bit dirt but generally good service
