Intercare Woodhill

Over an hour after scheduled appointment time with zero communication from the doctor. We can all appreciate the work load, and stress, the doctors are under during this time however a business such as Intercare should have systems in place to keep the patients informed.

I normally have a easy and lovely experience at intercare medical. This Sunday I unfortunately did not. The doctor seemed rush to get the appointment finished (not explaining why I'm actually sick but rather giving the meds script) and didn't have the hard copy sick note for myself. This was fine as was advised it would be emailed. I have yet to receive any emailed note after all follow up mails and calls since.

Maggie Oosthuizen - The best oral hygienist that I have ever been to. Never have I experienced someone that makes you feel so much at ease and so careful not hurt you. I am a utter baby when it comes to teeth cleaning and this has been the most pleasant experience. I cannot say thank you enough.

Useless to say the least. Doctor Ina de Beer sent my daughter for a covid test before seeing her. The test came back negative and she insisted that she must be retested. All of this after we all had covid already 4 weeks prior. So because of this pandemic we cannot get the doctor to examine her without a retest. Money making scheme!

It is is close to where I stay and easy accessable in relation to the undercover parking. The pharmacy is also close to the entrance

You book to see Dr, and you wait for over 30min, then also wait for a nurse to attend to you in the nursing station.the service is just slow yet you booked, im just not sure if all patients are treated the same.

Overall, very satisfied with the Intercare Woodhill! First time there and the whole process was quick and efficient. Dr. Nitsa, is also wonderful. Pharmacy is close to the entrance. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
