Extremely rude staff. To exhange something takes up to 40 minutes. Staff is not trained to give correct advice and parts first time round. Really people save yourself time and energy and go to Builders Warehouse instead
Arrived at the store at 4: 27pm, half an hour before closing, and was turned away by a lady at the door who refused to let me enter the store. I pleaded that I only needed 5 globes and will be a minute, but she insisted that she will not let me enter
Bought a JoJo tank from them, wasn't in a good condition (Previously used or fell of the back of a truck). Said they didn't have any stock so they are going to talk to supplier for exchange. 3 Days later I decided to return it, and there were 3 of the same JoJo tanks still standing there, like on the day I bought mine. 1 Star because one of the managers said they they are sorry. Will not buy there again.
When we renovated our house we went to Carrim tiles and we were not disappointed. Tommy from Carrim helped us every step of the way and almost became a friend through his great personal service. He would even phone from his personal cellphone to follow up on service delivery. Sadly he passed away but i believe Carrim is still in good sales person hands. Have never had a bad experience with Carrim.
