KFC Fourways Crossing

We just went for ice cream but the staff were great! Made us feel welcome with smiles and greetings. Helped us at machine, not because we didn't know how but just because they are helpful. Thanking us for coming and to return. What great service. Thank you, staff.

Though my rating is late I just wanted to take the time to appreciate the service I received from Patricia and Sheila by KFC crossing, the two ladies were absolutely wonderful and gave me a cute Black Friday yet funny experience. My heart goes out to your hard work and making my day that morning. I hope you keep up the amazing service

I ordered using Mr. D delivery and the food was so bad that I couldn't eat it, the chicken was raw and slimey. I was left eating the sides that I got, a true waste of money

The service is always remarkably great. The food is always fresh. The atmosphere is good as well.

It’s a bit cramped for the drive-thru. And Fourways crossing implemented a terrible security system for the cars coming in. But hey, it’s KFC, what more do you want?

Convenient stop. Food is mostly good, but they have an off day now and then. We love the KFC though.

Extremely slow despite short queues, they need to go to Grayston Rd KFC to see how it's done

Tonight my car broke down in the drive-thru. To say that I panicked would be an understatement. I asked for help at the window and Florence and Joel came out running and without any hesitation they helped push my car all the way to the parking lot. They were so friendly doing it!
When going inside later to get their names Sbongile was super sympathetic offering for me to come sit there while waiting for the tow truck. Their friendliness and kindness made my ice cream taste even sweeter!
Thank you guys! Management can be proud to have you!

If I couldgive no stars I would. Considering the cost of KFC and just food in general you'd think you'd actually be getting decent food. Not at this kfc. Received a burger with literally just a patty on it and a burger with what looks like a frikken chicken strip. Disgusted doesn't even begin to describe it. Would not set a foot near this KFC if I were you. Photos for reference. Super super disappointed.

Well done and keep up the good service. I went on Drive thru to order. I was in and out within seconds no waiting like other kfc branches I know.

There is a lady there by the name of Magauta.she has a heart of gold.her service is extra ordinary. I like to go upstairs n have my lunch alone every now & then, it's so nice to be enjoying my meal n feel the breeze on my face upstairs outside

Fresh food, but incapable of processing online orders. There is a problem every single time I order online from this KFC.

Their ads are misleading the zinger burger scheme is only for Online deliveries. So ask before ordering else you will be disappointed.

Horrible Service

The drive though turned in to a parking lot. We waited for over 45 minutes.

One of the customers stuck with us requested that the manager let’s cars through to the parking bay but that didn’t happen. We eventually asked for a refund and left.

Waited for 45minutes for my order to be prepared, I asked the teller to check my order and she said they busy with it only to find out nothing is happening, she had to go prepare it after 45minutes of waiting.

It is the second time I find items missing from.my order. First it was a roll missing so I didn't call or complain. This time it was a whole streetwise two not included in my delivery. Now I have to pay a second delivery fee to go get the order. And you can't call them, have no clue what's wrong with their phone.

The service is very slow, took about half an hour to get two boxes of nuggets. But when we finally got them they were delicious!

The drive thru seems to have been an after thought, very tight bends with visible scuff marks from cars scratched while trying to navigate that bend.
The service was OK though.

Evenings when you order you find the staff would prefer one cashier for customers, it might take you three plus minutes to order
