KFC Fourways Crossing

It was a backdoor service, they didn't give us any ketchup, noticed when I got home, the food was crusty and looked like it fell on the floor and quickly picked up, not acceptable at all

The Masala flavour is horrible, never tasted something like it before. I bought it on Thursday at Fourways Crossing and I've been feeling sick ever since i ate it, I couldn't even finish 1 piece. Kfc should just discontinue this flavour

Ordered for delivery and when it arrived was missing part of the order. I complained and a few days later got a phone call from the manager Richard who offered to make it up with so much more. Well done Richard for the good customer service.

Fresh ginger wings all day eeeerday! This is our weakness when coming from Viva Gym daily. The staff is hella friendly and the winds fresh.

Went there and in a long drive thru queue only to be told there are no KFC burger buns. Wasted 30 minutes

Very poor quality for KFC. Chicken dry, chips cold. Think guys before serving it. Ask yourself would you eat it!

Just waiting on the one kfc that im actually okay with. Cashier walks away to go on lunch without a replacement cashier. More staff ontop than behind the counters working. Homeless guy stinking up the whole place asking everyone for money.

I am a fan of KFC, but in general the quality has gone way down. When they first released the dunked burger I went to the KFC in Kyalami on my way home and was impressed with the burger in myself however from the fourways crossing branch the quality was to be desired. My latest visit although the food wasnt bad the order was not what was asked and the zinger wings had lost most the coating which from the quality control images you can see in the window should not have been served to customers.

Worst KFC around. Everytime I go there they have some issue. Long waits in the drive through or card machines down or they stuff up the order. I have given this branch many chances but done with it now. The second star is because the actual food is still good.

Their chicken is always not cooked thoroughly, & I ALWAYS complain about that. The driveway for Drive-Through is not for the faint hearted. One can see that a number of cars have left their mark there

No stars. No burger buns. Old chips. Our order stood ready for a long time while the staff member dealt with a Mr Delivery man. Worst meal ever. And not the first time we have been disappointed at this branch.

Very slow and service delivery is poor. The staff really didn't seem to want to work. Food meets the KFC standard.

Fantastic hot wings, great take away place.
Ignore those pesty voices in your head about your waistline and cholesterol!

Unfortunately I had only one experience. Slow service. Customers waited too long for orders. However, the food was decent.

Always get fresh food from this franchise with friendly staff. My only concern is that I don't really feel safe at night time going to this location. But overall can't complain. Good food and good service. Will definitely go back to this KFC.
