The cocktails were gross, the service was terrible and the food was subpar - not to mention they got my order wrong. When I brought this up, they didn't even bring a manager to talk to me about it. The price you pay is not worth any part of this experience.

The worst service with bad attitude, extremely disappointing! If you are not open for service you at least do a courtesy and walk to the person waiting to be served to alert them that you are not open. PURE RESPECT!

First time visiting Koi restaurant. It took the waiter 10 mins to serve us. And another 30 mins to get our drinks. I'm greatly disappointed and will never go back. We left the restaurant for an alternative option.

The worst experience of being at any restaurant, EVER. The waiting staff is really slow, it also seems that one gets prioritized based on how they look.when we eventually got the attention of a waiter, I asked if I could get service, he took our orders, when I confirmed whether he'd be our waiter he said UNFORTUNATELY, yes. WOW.

Sushi overpriced told I’m the first one to complain about their below average sushi. First and last time coming to Koi.

I was very excited to try this restaurant by invitation from one of our suppliers, all went great during starters early afternoon on Saturday with great food being presented and also great service however as it got busy for the evening rush at the time our mains arrived to the table my lamb was cold I asked for it to be replaced with warm food that took forever to come, with a complement of 16 people at our table the food come in drips and drabs, with all sorts of issues from some people not receiving all their food to some done eating before others even got their food. I eventually received my lamb dish without my fries but it was raw with others at our table also complaining they'd receive their food raw and cold service at this point walked out the door with us having to chase down waiters to get a drink. Our desert arrived only a couple of minutes before our show we came to see at the arena so we tried to gulp it down to be in time but eventually left it cause it was way over salted on the ice cream. Great place great location nice vibe but seems like rush time all the wheels came off. I will not visit here again.

Just this past Saturday 29 July, had a birthday dinner with friends. Only to be disappointed by the waiter who was nowhere to be found when you need him. Thought it is one of those busy days, but it got worse when it was time to eat. Had grilled lamb chops which came out fine but the side veges and puree were super salty. I think the chef spilled the salt and didn't correct it, or lost his measurement spoon. Yikes! Please check who was the Chef that evening we all complained about the salt and sweet beef. Please correct! Hopefully when one comes back, we will have a better experience. Lovely ambiance.

While it's a great place to be and offer great food, the service upstairs is terrible and I am curious as to whether this has to do with the profile of the people who sit in the area. It is a strange.

Food was good. No complaints. I enjoyed my meal but the service was horrible. Arrived and asked if there’s a table available upstairs and the guy told me he doesn’t know and I must go check. I get upstairs and the waiters all ignored me and I literally had to walk up to a waiter and ask if I can sit at an empty table and I was told no sorry it’s reserved. Went back downstairs and asked for a table and I was told to find one without a reservation sign? Excuse me. I just found the staff to be a bit rude and not helpful. Food was lovely though. Not sure if I’d come back

Visited the restaurant to wrap up the year with some colleagues. Ordered duck, it was so dry! We ordered some Dim Sum that was tasty, however our mains were average at best. I am assuming the duck was prepared at the same time as the Dim Sum and then spent 20 mins drying out under the kitchen pass.

In short definitely not worth the price tag, and would not recommend, especially when there are other options right there next to them. Two stars for the Dim Sum - Zero for rest of the food.

The food was amazing until i bit into my chips and found sand in it.i showed the waiter and he just said “askies” and left.not happy about that.

I thought i was taking a friend to a more up scale restaurant but I thought wrong! Very disorganised we were shuffled between 4 different employees just to be seated (and asked the same questions 4 times) and then the waitrons basically ignored us all night and had to be called and asked to do everything. My food arrived 20min before my friends. Cocktails weren't great either. Give it a skip

The service was good, but unfortunately the food was not. The burger meat was raw, the calamari was overcooked some how. I will probably not eat here again.

Certain dishes were delicious, others were very disappointing. We loved the starters but our sushi main was average, at best. We ordered the most expensive sushi on the menu because we were very hungry, and you can imagine our dissapointment when a tiny plate of warm sushi arrived. We had to order another plate of dumplings because the sushi made little difference to our hunger levels. The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was 'a vibe', which was the highlight of our evening and the reason for the 2 stars. The service was friendly but incredibly slow and they seemed very under-staffed for such a large restaurant. I felt bad for our waiter who was runnung around, doing his best to serve about 10 tables at once. Loads of potential but, unfortunately, I doubt we will be back.

Food is good, but overpriced for what you get. Seating feels generic and cheap. Atmosphere is loud inside, not the music but other people talking. Feels like a gimmic restaurant; expensive but nothing special.

Sadly we were very disappointed. We were a group of 10.2 of us had to wait an extra hour, after the others got their food, to get our order. Very noisy to.

The food is great and the location too.
Amazing teas! Try the jasmine.
I would have given it more stars but, when I asked my waiter if the food is prepared separately to accommodate allergies and he said yes.
But half way through my main I had to find a pharmacy stat as I was reacting to something.
Lucky for me, my anaphylaxis is not immediate and I did not have an epipen handy.

Awesome Sushie, but the service is extremely poor. We had to ask to be seated and after being seated had to find a waitron to give us menus, then had to call him again to be served. The service really put a damper on excellent food.

Try the dim sum it's delicious! Delicious from the pumpkin to the lamb. Service is good with friendly faces. Will be back for some sushi. Can recommend
