KOI - Menlyn Maine

I thought i was taking a friend to a more up scale restaurant but I thought wrong! Very disorganised we were shuffled between 4 different employees just to be seated (and asked the same questions 4 times) and then the waitrons basically ignored us all night and had to be called and asked to do everything. My food arrived 20min before my friends. Cocktails weren't great either. Give it a skip

The food was delicious and the dessert was divine. The waitress made us feel at home and took care of all our needs

The food is amazing.the service is great. Waiters there are awesome and all smiles! Love the place!

Sadly we were very disappointed. We were a group of 10.2 of us had to wait an extra hour, after the others got their food, to get our order. Very noisy to.

The service was good, but unfortunately the food was not. The burger meat was raw, the calamari was overcooked some how. I will probably not eat here again.

I enjoyed the meal served at KOI. I ordered the crisp chicken strips with calamari.

Had a bottle of red wine which was served at room temperature.

The customer service is still not good enough. Firstly, the waiter was not friendly. We could not hear him while he spoke. Those are some of the things they need to look Into. Also their body language is not professional, it's as if they are tired and don't want to serve people.

Went there today as a treat with my sister. Absolutely loved the softshell crab and green papaya salad, sushi was good too. Lovely staff, great food what more can you ask for.

The worst service with bad attitude, extremely disappointing! If you are not open for service you at least do a courtesy and walk to the person waiting to be served to alert them that you are not open. PURE RESPECT!

The food is great and the location too.
Amazing teas! Try the jasmine.
I would have given it more stars but, when I asked my waiter if the food is prepared separately to accommodate allergies and he said yes.
But half way through my main I had to find a pharmacy stat as I was reacting to something.
Lucky for me, my anaphylaxis is not immediate and I did not have an epipen handy.

The most incredible dim sum that I have ever tasted! You will not be sorry. And the selection is HUUUUUGE

Awesome Sushie, but the service is extremely poor. We had to ask to be seated and after being seated had to find a waitron to give us menus, then had to call him again to be served. The service really put a damper on excellent food.

Love the service, wish you had more vegan options, that would just be amazing.

Meat is getting overrated.

We are here againLunch break after shopping at the mall. We enjoy with our favorite menu “Crispy Duck”. Alway thanks for concern about the hygienic at the covid time

Great service! Vegan-friendly dishes that tasted AMAZING. Waitor was cooperative and the chef went the extra mile to adhere to my dietary requirements. First time here and would definitely come again.: D

First time visiting Koi restaurant. It took the waiter 10 mins to serve us. And another 30 mins to get our drinks. I'm greatly disappointed and will never go back. We left the restaurant for an alternative option.

Friendly and helpful staff, COVID protocols followed perfectly. Had a wonderful evening, the food was absolutely excellent.

The worst experience of being at any restaurant, EVER. The waiting staff is really slow, it also seems that one gets prioritized based on how they look.when we eventually got the attention of a waiter, I asked if I could get service, he took our orders, when I confirmed whether he'd be our waiter he said UNFORTUNATELY, yes. WOW.

I'm an explorer of environment and cuisines and in this establishment I found nothing shot of excitement, exhilaration and best chicken dish I have ever had. If you looking for a cozy yet vibrant establishment with best customer service than you need to look no further than KOI. I can dine here all day everyday without being bored with the menu.
