Beautiful chilling joint, drinks and food served here. Beautiful music and. Very warm during winter times and cool in summer. Humble and effecient staff

Such a lovely vibe, comfortable chairs and their staff is well trained and very friendly and helpful.

The food was lovely and the managers were friendly as well as the wait staff. The ambiance of the environment was welcoming. Complies to Covid-19 regulations, it is also wheelchair and kid friendly (they have high chairs for kids).

Definitely going back in the future.

Nice, vibey atmosphere. With some relaxing and jammy old school jams. The food, I'm not so sure but I absolutely enjoyed the oysters.

It was okay good vibe and good food. Nothing grand as they call it, with it. In simple words it was okay

Very expensive when we got our bill there was a charge not adding up. I later realised it was the water they gave us. I suggest they advise that you will be charged for the water they offer when u sit down.

2nd time was a let down. Food was great. But the waiter was not at all hospitable. As a result I withheld my tip. I didn't tip. Ist time though the service and standard was super. It's the reason I came back. I was at Mall of the South.

Today's meal was not at all up to scratch, my ribs were more fat then meat, husband's chicken was grossly undercooked. It was a most unfortunate evening as we have always enjoyed going to Life Grand Cafe, the atmosphere and service are impeccable. It's also super baby friendly which is always a plus. Just not sure what happened with our meals today.

The atmosphere was amazing but the service was horrific. The waiter was not interested in our table and she looked annoyed every time she came over.

Really nice place with an awesome vibe and a good portion of food. It was a busy day so though my ribs could've had more sauce or waiter given better service the food was good and service nice for how busy it was. Definitely going to go back for sure

I'm very disappointed I arrived at the restaurant at 8: 34pm and I was told it is closed by a staff member meanwhile there were people seated I'm very disappointed in the dishonesty of your employees and the internet information about your information states the restaurant closes at 10: 00pm

It's a great place to go to on a sunny Saturday. There's indoor and outdoor seating which caters for those who like outdoor spaces and those who prefer a bit of privacy. They have a Dj that plays in the evening, their music is really good. Their food is a bit pricy considering it's not that delicious, theres room for improvement in the food department. But overall it's a good place to go out with friends and family.

Had an amazing time, and the live band was absolutely good.as for the waitress who served us she was so humble and fun we actually clicked with her, she is sweet and made it so much fun for us.she is truly for keeps her name is Nomathemba.the food was good too thank you

The bread platter is amazing, I enjoyed the vibe. It has upscale Newscafe feel to it. The food wasn't memorable that could have been me. The bread though.

We made reservation to celebrate my younger sister's graduation. Due to unforeseen events we were late for our reservation. We kept in contact with the manager of our situation and promised we still coming and she made arrangements for us which we really appreciate and grateful for. We get there late just before 9pm and she informs us of closing time and we fully understood and thanked her for it. The problem came when we had our drinks served, the waiter opened our drinks with a RING in his finger, we asked him why is he doing so not using an opener and he just looked at us with no reply, 2 minutes later the manager comes by and we voice to her our concern to her. Instead of acknowledgement a simple apology on behalf of her waiter.she told us how ungrateful we are that she kept the place open for us " mind due we were not the only customers present" and how her waiter is tired and working overtime. I didn't wanna ruin a special day for my sister that i decided to let it go but truth be told i felt like our business was not appreciated or valued. I come to your establishment every month or twice but yesterday's experience was awful the worst, just because you went out of your way for your CUSTOMER doesn't warrant you to treat them like TRASH.

I've always experienced good vibes every time I come here. Good food, good service, friendly and professional staff.

Ice cream is not to my taste pallets nor the people I've come with. 4 out of 10 for that but the food especially the meat is always so presentable and delicious!

It's a nice place to celebrate life's victories with friends and family. I would recommend it for lunch and dinners etc.

Bad setvice, chips accompanying my meal not fully cooked that I had to return, grumpy waiters. 2 baby chairs for the whole restaurant? Waiters did not even come ask "how is your food". We had to ask for Salt to be brought to us. As a loyal lover and eater of life Grande I was so disappointed
