Mochachos Centurion Mall

We arrived here at 16:17,in less than 10minutes the food was already out. What's worse, I was seated facing the kitchen so I could literally see that my order was not freshly prepared,either someone didn't come and pick up their order and it was given to me,I ordered a HOT favour which isn't what I got either. The staff in the kitchen(Some lady named Phuti) kept making funny comments after I raised my concern regarding the fact that the food is cold,and the food came back exactly as it had left,the meal wasn't freshly prepared so clearly it was microwaved as the Pita bread was now also warm instead of just the chicken fillets stuffed inside. The service here doesn't seem to be getting any better but worse instead or is it based on which race visits the restaurant?

And also,why are the chips always so HARD?
Can't we be asked how we want our chips?

The customer service was extremely disappointing, our food was served to us cold and when we notified them it became a problem.

Ordered chips and they served me rotten ones. Couldn't even eat one chip completely. Not recommended.

Dining-in Service could improve.

Had to ask if I could collect food myself from kitchen as I could see my order was ready, yet nobody was serving it.

Very slow service. 0 customer care. The food? My word please don't waste your time and money coming here

We ordered from here last night and our whole family has had the worst gastric reaction to the food. Never going back.

Ordered extra hot shawarmas. They where tiny and tasted like boiled chicken.zero flavor. Other Mochachos are way better. Avoid.

Quick friendly service even though they were super busy. Food was fresh, though lacked spice and flavour

They have a small prayer room and ablution facilities next to their kitchen. What a lifesaver!

Excellent Schwarma. Really flavoursome. The chips tasted a little bit oldie they had been reheated. Otherwise ways a good spot for a great meal.

They gave us food we waited for plates for until our food was cold.so we decided to go home and warm it up.

Mochachos stores country wide are very consistent with their quality of service and food.

This specific branch was quite pleasant with good service and store kept neat and tidy.

So disappointed tonight. I personally don't think I'll order from them ever again. I ordered 4 schwarma's for my family. It was extremely small. I did not expect such a small serving for almost R 72.00. I can get twice the size for that amount. Will rather support other places again. That is what I should have expected by trying a new place. My first time ordering from Mochachos and the disappointment is overwhelming. I'll stick with burger box for all future schwarma orders. Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious but do not order schwarma's from them is you want a proper portion.

Greatest chicken. But there was a very dirty waiter, the trousers looked like they had not been washed in days

Don't buy there. Very disappointing. Chicken dry, overcooked and chips very dry. Never buy here, the things i liked were the buns only.

The waitress there took Cutlery from tables where there customers & put them back In a cutlery tray, when I asked her she sanitized them & told me but the customers didn't use them
