Papachinos Boksburg

We wanted to have a 30th dinner party at Papachinos. During my initial enquiry I was told to wait for lockdown level 2 and call again as they will only be able to take a booking for more than 12 people then. Phoning now to make the reservation after being moved to level 2, I am told they can still only take max 12 people per booking to have space for more tables and more people. How pathetic is that to turn away 15 people? Very disappointed, will definitely not recommend this restaurant

Best service, best food. Tawanda was very good as our waiter. Best place for kids parties. Variety of places to sit indoors and outdoors

I'm still yet to try an item on the menu that I don't like. My favourite menu items are the focaccia destino and the fantastic crispy roll with tempura prawn inside I urge you to give their sushi menu a try

It's such a great place for the whole family, the staff are very friendly and the food is great. Huge play area for kid's.

The service was insanely out of this world! The staff is very polite, professional and friendly. The food was disappointing and overpriced. They use basic seasoning (salt and pepper) on everything so if you’re a foodie you won’t enjoy it. They specialise in Italian dishes so probably stick to ordering those ones

Their food is Absolutely Delicious. Waitrons professionally trained and our meal was so nice. Best prego steak roll in the region and yummy snails too.

A very nice restaurant. Friendly service and stunning layout. Kids play area is too open with not enough child minders. Even with sitting outside, you can't see the play area around the corner. Too risky for children.

The food is out of this world. It's a kids friendly place though I'd advise you to make a reservation before you get there but nonetheless it's very rare that you'll get turned back.

The place is great with enough space and great places to sit, great for families too with a big play area.

We were horribly disapointed during our last visit to this restaurant. The atmosphere to start with was too loud and busy due to 2 kiddies birthday parties and a young lady’s bridal shower. Everything booked on the same floor. Secondly the service was horrible. Not being unkind at all. We were ignored by our waiter. A kiddies ribs got lost in translation and we received a normal rib meal, which we agreed to pay for. One of the visitors accompaning us placed an order which never arrived. Upon speaking to the manager the waiter not only denied every complaint ever being misinterpreted by him, but also acting very petty by having a very bad attitude. We have decided to avoid being let down again and made a joint venture not to go there again. Respect your client base, without them your establishment would not have existed in the first place.
