San Ridge Medical Centre

The facility has General practitioners, a Dentist, Dieticians, a Lancet lab facility, a chiropractor. The facility is located at San Ridge Square just across from Woolworths and next to the Bedstore. The facility allows you to book an appointment in advance to avoid waiting for the doctors to be free. Staff is very friendly and communicate well on bookings and through the whole consultation process.

I went to this female GP there what a nightmare first of all I have never went to a GP without a scan. I wanted a scan and she made me pay R600 just for seeing me for less than 5 min. She then wrote me a letter to go to another doctor and pay again! If there are services you can not offer I think it’s best to let patients know before they sign anything.

I have been using the institution for many years and have always found the Staff and Dr's friendly.

Dr Shams is very attentive and friendly. She was thorough at examining me and made me feel at ease. Sanridge Medical Centre and nice and quiet and its easy to find parking in the centre which is a bonus.

What is the point in giving patients appointments if you can't stick to the time? There's a reason why people are seeing the doctor, they are unwell and still need to wait among other sick people for almost an hour!

They have the best doctors, but all the ladies at the reception are trash. I’ve been going for years and these women still haven’t shown the slightest bit of change in terms of how they interact with clients.

I waited up to 45 mins even after booking an appointment. They let a lady who arrived after me go before me and we had apparently both booked for the same time. I’m so upset… these women are not professional what so ever and don’t care to clarify anything.

The service is terrible and this is definitely the last time I come here. I set up an appointment and got there on time and I was still waiting to consult 45mins later.

This medical centre truly treats patients with genuine love and care… never feels like minutes are counted when I visit the doctors working here. They are not just listening and examining, but seem perceptive about the things I don’t always share, in a way that makes clear that they really want to resolve the issues at the heart of the problem.

Terrible GP who doesn't care about patients well being. I could have made a trip to the pharmacy myself as all medication given was over the counter. She rushed my consultation never listened to what i was telling her as she asked the same question 5 times! Worse doctor i have ever been to Dr R Shams

I would highly recommend Dr. Goldberg to any family or friend! She is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about your health!

I saw a Dr Odua on consultation Dr Odua was standoffish, rude, dismissive and did not listen to me. Dr Odua is a Female Dr who Gaslights patients, I will never set foot in this practice again. Continuing to tell me if I don’t feel better I should call back she will adjust the sick leave, when I called I spoke to her less than a minute she confirmed my email and said she will email the letters, 24hours later I call to ask when will the email come, the receptionist told me I need to pay 350 which the Dr Odua never spoke about Dr Odua and this whole Practice are shady even if you are desperate to see a Dr never Accept Dr Odua you will be sick and frustrated like hell. The Receptionist are just as worse honestly. The only Dr who is better is Goldberg I regret why I never insisted on her that day.

Absolutely disgusting service. Appointments run over an hour late and the receptionist doesn’t even care to let clients know or have any remorse when clients complain. She simply did not care. If you’re on a time crunch and need an actual appointment ON TIME, Don’t go there.

Extremely unprofessional!

The GP that I was ‘examined’ by kept on saying ‘you look weak and upset’ ‘are you upset at me’ ‘liven up girlfriend’

She said ‘I cannot write you a sick note for Friday because it will be a long weekend’

That was definitely my last visit! It’s quantity over quality script shop

This place is always terrible. Ill-mannered receptionists, & appointments always running late. You book a 12pm appointment, show up on time & you still queue. That defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the 1st place. Poor standards that don't seem to change!

Dr M Shams in one of the best GP’s I have ever encountered. Very thorough in her examination and follows up to the with you after. All my kids have been to her and absolutely love her.

I went in to see the dentist, Dr Aadilah Moola for a wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure was explained in detail and she ensured the utmost care and comfort. I was done in no time. Mind blown!

Excellent doctors! Sometimes you need to wait because its very busy, but its very busy for a reason. Quality healthcare.

Dr. Shams is one of the kindest and friendliest doctors I’ve ever been to. She is lovely to speak with at every appointment and both my kids are very comfortable with her. She’s always willing to listen to patient’s concerns showing that she’s a sensitive and comprehensive person.
