Always a great experience. If you are not sure where to book, you know you are safe booking at Verdicchio! Something for everyone and great seafood.

We had oysters from this restaurant, they tasted horribly and gave us severe food poisoning. They billed us a 100% even after complaining about the horrible taste of their oysters

An experience you won't forget! The service is top notch, atmosphere sublime in the wine cellar, and the food is out of this world. Their wine selecton is second to none. Can highly recommended their speciality cheese wheel pasta, sprinkbok carpaccio and Toblerone cheesecake. For a treat, worth every penny

Was utterly disappointed by the food and service. I ordered a steak and it took 25 mins for the chef to tell me that they were waiting for the gas to grill the steak.
I waited for another 35 mins for my food and when it came, it wasnt grilled to my liking. Very Sad

The fresh warm bread and the chocolate at the end were good!

Please do not order the pastas, they are very disappointing. The BURRATA PASTA lacked taste, the TRINCHADO meat was not flavorful and the pasta was too al dente and the PASTA GRANADA was essentially an alfredo overloaded with cream. The steak was your average steak but the prawns were seasoned nicely!

Overall, just an incredibly average Italian experience.

Food was good however service can really be improved. Also check the individual prices of the Al Carte menu before selecting a set menu. Our set menu was more expensive.

Just not the same. Soggy prawns and overcooked lobster. Atmosphere no longer as cozy as it used to be in my opinion

Wonderful atmosphere in the wine cellar, the service was great and the food lived up to expectations. Also awesome to see they have more vegetarian/vegan options on the menu than the previous times I went.

We went there to celebrate a special occasion with 9 people. We pre booked a pre-set menue, and what a great idea. We were treated excellently from the moment we arrived. Sat down and we were served warm bread and sauces. Then like clockwork other dishes arrived. A complimentary salad before the menue stated. Everything followed smoothly and beautifully. All of the food we had was excellent zero complaints and all the complimemt. I fully recommend eating here for a special night out.

Carpaccio starter was one of the best I have ever had. Poulet Linguine was tender and full of flavour. Choc Fondant was good - slightly underdone and very small portion. Overall a delight

Absolutely fantastic, if it's your first time, take the pasta granada, it's an experience. Fantastic staff with great atmosphere and good wine

My fiancée and I had dinner at this restaurant, and my food was very spicy full of chilies I didn’t enjoyed at all! I didn’t want to make scandal and embarrass the restaurant as was people around then I didn’t send my food back, I told the waitress who said yes it’s very spicy I am sorry about that.but I have been charged the full price of the meal and without seeing any manager, no one had apologized about the inconvenient or brought me some thing to cool down, my stomach was sore after that and it ruin our nice evening out. Not a good experience!

Wonderful experience. Our waitress Nomsa was lovely. The food was delicious and was actually priced very well. Will definitely be coming back for Nomsa and the Pasta Granada.

Amazing experience with the food, staff and the place itself. It’s definitely much nicer and aesthetically pleasing if you go down the stairs to the cellar and have your supper there. The staff are really friendly, top service. And always make sure you have what you need. I’d definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a nice romantic setup with a loved one or if you’re looking to celebrate.

Nice and cozy restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely. Service was incredible. Our waiter knew the menu and all his recommendations were great! The menu is not extensive but they specialize is pasta which you can't go wrong by trying it. Will definitely come back. So much more to try.

Friendly hard working stuff and the most delicious food at a reasonable price definitely value for money. Everything we ordered was absolutely divine. My new favorite restaurant
