Zappas Restaurant

Zappas is one of my regular spots and you always know what you're gonna get. I go there for the brandy special and schnitzel with Portuguese calamari. What can I say, I'm a simple man.

This is a nice place. The food and service was great. I had the meat basket with the pepper sauce.joh that pepper sauce was on a next level. Will visit again

A great place have welcoming friendly staff.spacious parking & car wash, different sections to dine in to accommodate everyone, there's kiddies place with play area and babies chairs, smoking n none smoking area, bar site or you can even sit outside where there isn't much people around.my favourite is upstairs with a small bar area the place is cosy especially if you want to book it for your birthdays, party, baby shower etc.
There is variety of food its yummy, affordable enough to make you full and keep revisiting the restaurant. Brandy & shooters specials.
The atmosphere is vibing with live music shows, watching sports games on TV etc

We watched the rugby and had their TBone special. The steak was made to perfection and was so tender. I would highly recommend it.

Hidden away, the T-bone was highly affordable, the food was excellent, the beer was ice cold, service was good, definitely worth another visit

Nice place to go watch sports in their flat screens while enjoying a lekka meal. I especially enjoyed the complimentary shooter we received with our meals. Fast and friendly service which can also be described as casual. The food was like described in the menu. Today I took a chance and went with something other than my usual favourite and was pleasantly surprised. Not many can prepare a eishbein crispy on the outside and still with flavour and juicyness on the inside. I should add I absolutely loved their cream spinach. The only thing that prevents me from giving five stars, I found it kind of hard to move trough the limited spaces between the tables.

Went there for a friend's birthday as a first time visit. Had an excellent waitress. The food was good and value for money.

One of the few places you can get Guinness on tap. Ask your waiter about quizz night.

Food is awesome, and safe parking.

What a disappointment. The quality of the food is definitely going backwards compared even to the beginning of 2021. Hope they realise their current cheffs is only making the sauces taste good and not the food it self. Don't order steak and definitely don't order the veggies

Great place to sit with family, friends and colleagues: it's so simple and cosy. The menu is fitting into 1 double sided A4, but the prices taste of the food will make you a fan of this place. They open till 2am, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy the evening.

Went there for my birthday yesterday after hearing great reviews of this place on radio. Left very dissapointed before even ordering main course. Parking is a big problem. Staff not very helpful in getting you seated. No staff available to welcome customers. Restaurant not very accommodating for non smokers. Non smoking are right in the middle of smoking area. Service and staff very slow in assisting customers. Food for our table arrived at different time frames. Dishes advertised on the menu not available without prior notification by restaurant staff. Only informed when we ordered. Pathetic manager in trying to address these issues. Just shrug his shoulders and left. Promised a free drink for my birthday. Still waiting. Will not recommend Zappa's or go back there again.

Great family restaurant, I went there to meet old family friends and the atmosphere is great. I had the eissbein which was one of the best I had from all over (didn't have a lot of fat and was nicely cooked all the way through).

I come for the lunch specials - really good prices for super tasty food. The breakfast is also yummy and cheap.

Busy with renovations, the inside is full of dust as they are building close to the seated area. Food is not the same as on the menu. For example menu will state 2 cheese grillers and the plate will only have 1. The excuse we got was its bigger than the picture so you only get 1. I would definitely avoid if you prefer to enjoy your meal and get what the menu states.

Nice family place with good value for money on specials. I had a good value voucher and tried some starters and they were good. Grandchildren had place to place to play was difficult to get booking due to the RWC. No phone was answered but on 3 November got through in time for me to book for the Sunday lunch. Shall go back again.

Good quality food for very reasonable prices. Service could have been better, but overall good experience. ️

When we got there the waiters who assisted us didn't know that we had reserved a table (a big table). When we eventually found the table, the service was alright, but the food was unsatisfactory. A number of us ordered Eisbein, and it was dry and small. On a positive note, the prices are good.
