Zappas Restaurant

The service at Zappas in Murrayfield is very bad, we was there this afternoon. They let us sit down then we wait about 15 min, then my wife has to call a waiter to give our order for the drinks then after about 15 min again she call a waiter again because no one came to us to take our order for the food. Then we leave. I think your People must go to Zappas in Centurion to see what is service.

Food are tasty and prices are really good. Just wish the staff would not be so loud. They are screaming at each other while they're standing right next to each other. Other than that we will be visiting again soon.

Very well priced food with excellent quality and taste. 500g T-bone with chips @ R55.00 is highly recommended. Parking is a bit of an issue. Nevertheless you can have your car washed while you dine. See you soon

Very dissapointed come from far just to get all the seats are kept out for reservations please on rugby days don't make any reservations first come takes the table if you snooze you loose other days my money is good enough but not on rugby days then you must turn around

First time going to ZAPPAS and I had a great time with my colleagues. Enjoyed watching the rugby (RSA vs Italy) and the atmosphere of unity around the place. Will definitely go back for a another round.

Glad nie beïndruk nie. Die waiters staan in 'n bondel en gesels met hulle rug na die deur, geen diens vir 'n geruime tyd. Bestel T-bone wat redelik lank vat on voor te berei dit is gaargemaak soos versoek maar smaakloos die grill is vuil gewees proe dit aan die vleis. Die aartappel skyfies is olierig.

Francois baie dankie vir jou PUIK diens vanaand met die ribs wat jy vervang het met die sagste beste ribs ooit. Ek en Ardene is verheug dat Jacques en jy hier oorgevat het by TradeMarx, sorry to say it, dit was long overdue. Met hierdie klas diens en lekker kos en selfs ou Dumisani ons waiter wat so goeie mens is, gaan julle kook hier by Loftus. Zappas is die BESTE.

At 20: 35 I was At zappas to see If I and 9 frend can be accumebared, agter stranding there for some time and was invisable for the staff i desided to go a nother plase.

Please train tour staff, I Will tel my frends not to go to zappas.

Ek hou baie baie van Zappas hulle diens is ook baie goed, ek sal dit vir almal aanbeveel. Hulle kos is ook baie Legit baie goeie pryse.

When we got there in the middle of the night, I felt the area was scruffy. However they have a closed parking in the rear and the restaurant/bar itself is very nice inside. It has a good atmosfeer and seems to attract a good crowd, mostly for the purpose of a few friends drinking a few rounds & getting a meal ("local watering hole vibes"). Now. This place has some good food, and it is very decently priced. Few restaurants/bars have such good value for money. And If I ever drive past again i'll defs stop for their all day breakfast special.

I really like Zappas the food is great and the specials that they have are very nice. Sometimes they can be a bit under staffed which is really a bummer but the management always tries to help out where they can.

I must say I enjoyed the food but the place is riddled with roaches, even asked the waiter to be moved to another table and they took us upstairs which was a better looking place but upon leaving and while waiting for my partner (who was in the ladies) I gazed at a festival of the creatures again on another table. I then asked a different waiter if he is aware of them and he said yes and even the managers are but nothing is being done about them. This was my first time there but I'm really put off by this

Sat in the bar area on the second floor. Had great atmosphere, waiter was very energetic and had good social skills. The food itself was great I mean the specials they have are incredible

From the outside, it does not seem like much, but inside it is cosy. The food is extremely well priced and is delicious. It is not a fine dining restaurant and is a pub in the classic sense. Service is good. Parking is however a problem, as it is a very popular spot.

We enjoyed it very much. Food is nice an very affordable. I am very scared to give a 5 raring because then too many people will go there. Very nice

Well now.a new establishment. We waited alone at the door for about 3 minutes, then taken to a table where we waited for the next 10 minutes to place a drinks order. It took 20 minutes more to get a beer. Another 10 to get our food order in. Then I ended up going to fetch my next drink myself after a 15 minute wait after placing a request for a beer. Not a good start for a new establishment. And the tables around us had the same experience.

Prices are very good. Food is good. Pizza is OK. Ribs were very good. Very nice child's play area. No craft beer on tap unfortunately

What a disappointment. The waiter was slow. The food took more than a hour. The food was cold and not prepared according to our order. Some of the food that was sent back took more than half an hour. Poor service would not visit Zappas or recommend.

Awesome food, terrible service, 40 mins between visits and then we ask for the bill, pay cash for the bill, 5 mins later we're 200 bucks short.waiter counted the cash before leaving the table but returns and we have to cough up again.

Waiter was friendly but they are extremely understaffed. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and waited over an hour for food. Food itself was ok but not great.
