JAXX RESTAURANT

Jaxx is a lovely warm restaurant. Their food is great but I was disappointed that they had NO cakes or scones at 10am.that was strange. Others the service and food that we did get was good

We enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Jaxx. Nathan provided us with efficient, friendly service and the meals were delicious.

Food was very good i had a Thai coconut chicken with cauli rice it was delicious. My friend had a chicken and avo salad also delicious it did not have lots of lettuce as you sometimes get, it had plenty of chicken and avo and a scrumptious dressing. Staff were great, we will definitely be back.

It's a very good restaurant, the food is simply delicious ^^ and good service. My father was demanding for a good curry stew to the waitress so she served him the meal but had bearly any meat in it serves him right.

Great breakfast during a freezing Hilton weekend. Our omelettes and egg benedict were excellent, as were the cappuccinos. Service was very good, we will be back

We had a great experience. Our waiter, Jabu, was great. Even though we only stopped for a drink we found the atmosphere welcoming. Would like to try them again to try out other items on their menu

Great coffee. Good service. Lovely crispy chips! Nice cozy fire for cold days. Highly recommend Jaxx

Very convenient with tasty coffee. Our latest meal there was very mayonaisse heavy so next time I'll ask for that to be on the side. The waitress was not the most attentive. But I'll de dink go back.

Awesome food. Awesome staff.
Sanitizer has weird odour and when eating/drinking hands still carry the smell. Maybe change that up - especially as it will be around for a while still.

Great place for a bite to eat. Staff and Employees are very polite and friendly. Both the menu and food are very good. Restuarant is kept very clean and tidy. Service is quite fast. I really enjoyed going there especially after shopping.

The atmosphere is ok and the positioning is convenient but the coffee is very very average. (don't even consider ordering decaf if you're that way inclined)
The one thing going for Jaxx is that it is open even when the other restaurants of Hilton are closed. Unless everything else is closed again I wont be coming back.

I really liked this Restuarant. The Cappuchino was a Delight. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. A Vegan Full Breakfast is needed. The Breakfast Wrap I had without Bacon and it was delicious. Im going back to try their Vegan Burger. Nice seating to!

We were welcomed by the staff who were very friendly. They got our drinks order out quickly and the carrot cake followed soon after. Both were delicious. Carrot cake slice was a generous portion, worth the money! A nice spot for a coffee and a catch up with friends or a sit down meal. They've updated their menu and have a variety of options of different dietary needs. A cosy spot inside as it was raining outside (lovely when the fire is going!) and relaxed atmosphere. As locals in Hilton, we will be back to try the new enticing dishes.

Most delicious, melt-in-the mouth scones, baked by Jabu. Friendly service.

Visited again less than week later:
Disappointed by slow and inaccurate service and some attitude on return visit. Granted there were more patrons and the power was out. Still. Expect better from Jaxx.

I visited my family in Hilton.
We went to Jax for lunch Saturday 30 Jan 2021.
It was so yummy. We went back Sunday and I can totally recommend the thai and coli rice dish.
Covid rules are being adhered to and I felt very safe
Well done to the Management and staff 10/10

A restaurant with a must-try cheesecake! The scone was also delicious. A perfect cake and tea (or coffee for me) spot in Hilton. I do wish they had vegan options, so they lost a star there.

Sloppy milkshakes and ice coffee.
Seemed like the milkshakes were made from remnants of other shakes.
Chocolate shake tasted of banana.
Coffee freeze had condensed milk at bottom.
However ladies fish meals next to us looked fabulous.
Waitress attention negative too.
A pity as Jaxx used to be my go to place.

Have many a time come to order one of their fabulous milkshakes on the menu and almost every single milkshake was out of stock due to some ingredient being finished.yet quarry spar is a 1 min walk away - which shouldn’t stop you from serving the items shown on your menu. When you could get one of your staff to quickly go purchase the key ingredient ie. Romany creams etc etc. Food menu is very great though!

Great service and good food at fair prices, and a nice little grass area outside with a small jungle gym for the little ones to play. Lost 1 star because the menu needs to be trimmed down, and the food took a bit longer than expected.
