JAXX RESTAURANT

Absolutely awful. Had lunch there today very disappointing.the chow mein had no vegetables and so salty with soya sauce, my husbands toasted cheese and tomato was a soggy mess with no cheese! Very unhelpful manager and shocking service. Will never go back again.

A great find in a small country town. Very good food and very efficient waitrons. We went there for lunch and dinner.

Breakfast and service very good. Bacon used for breakfast not nice. Otherwise my breakfast was nearly spot on.

Had a 30th there. They were very accommodating and friendly. We all had a fantastic time and the food was absolutely lovely! Staff had nothing but smiles. Couldn't be happier with the service received.

Very slow service, trainees are not supervised as a result they delivered the wrong order at my cost. Sending it back would've been time consuming given the very slow service. First time trying Jaxx and this is what I experienced

We tried Jaxx out in good faith from all the raving reviews. Jaxx is nestled in the heart of Hilton overlooking the quarry but that was only the good thing about it. We attempted to try their starter chicken livers but was advised that they were out of stock yesterday and does not think they have any today either. We had to exclude a whole section of drinks as they did not have stock.
My kids ordered a bollanaise pasta only to find out that it was sour meaning it had gone off. My other child burger was tasteless. My fish was overdone and rubbery. Had 1 sauce shared throughout the restaurant so had to wait patiently for our turn. Only the veg quiche was eadable. Service was very slow and painful. This is the busy season. The restaurant should be making an effort to attract customers a d be on top of their game. Was so dissapointed. Will not return.

What a great menu! Plenty for the vegetarian to choose from without the usual boring vege meals. Friendly, efficient staff too.
