It really saddens me having to read everyone's lovely experience with their deliveries while I still wait for my purchased bed to be delivered. I purchased my bed on the 3rd of November and had a planned delivery date for Friday, the 1st of December; and still to date find myself having to be the one calling the branch to confirm if delivery is still happening. I keep getting failed confirmed delivery dates and don’t understand why I need to be the one to call and find out what is happening. On top of all of this, they keep offering to give me free additional stuff like pillows and mattress protectors which I am not interested in because I just want the bed I purchased. It is just frustrating the way this whole process has been handled. Very disappointed.

Good quality beds and service.

However, we bought two single beds for kids, kids damage beds, so we know these beds should last the next five years.

But the communication about the 100 day comfort trial sounded so threatening as if we HAD to get mattress protectors from you. Maybe make it sound more like an option. It used negative language and pressure tactics. In the email, change a few things?

1. Use more polite language such as "we recommend" instead of "you should".
2. Explain the benefits of a mattress protector more than was there, such as "keeping your mattress clean and protecting your warranty", it is much more positive that using conditionals like "if the mattress is stained or soiled without the use of a mattress protector this will affect your warranties and guarantees".
3. Avoid using negative language, such as "unfortunately not qualify" and "will affect".

The drivers Tshepo and Tebogo delivered the mattresses, there were no hiccups. Although, they were adamant that I fill out the review in front of them, not many people really want to stand outside their house and fill in a review now do they.other than that they are amazing workers!
