44 I received an Uber Eats Collection. The security guard who is managed by Prime African seriously needs to send him to "Finishing School". He is arrogant, aggressive, rude and extremely impolite. He thinks his the manager of Macdonald's. He doesn't know how to deal with people. He needs to be removed off site.
This is the worst Macdonald's I have ever had to deal with. Uber Eats needs to remove their Uber Eats tablets off this site IMMEDIATELY.
I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER!

Just ordered food from your Silverlakes branch via Uber Eats and two of the drinks were wrong. The Uber driver refused to go back to get the correct drinks, and when I called the branch, the manager told me that they're out of the one drink I ordered, and she refused to bring me my other drink, so I paid all that money not to get everything I ordered. And how can you just change the drink I ordered for something else without checking with me first?
I ordered a large big tasty meal through mcdelivery at 14: 25. I was only called around 15: 30 by this lady to let me know they don't have a watermelon mcfizz. My food only arrived around 16: 45. The driver handed me a dirty large size cup of fanta that was halfway through the cup and dripping all over, barely closed (he somehow broke the lid) it was totally disgusting, I obviously couldn't accept the drink. I called the store to let them know. And nothing has been done! Note: it's now 19: 06. This was the Bellville McDonald's in Cape Town.
