Sunshine Cash & Carry Westgate

As a shopper to have to try and shop around people who r standing in the q in the aisle it is very frustrating. They started that with covid, but covid is done and dusted. And the trolleys. OMG, they are disgustingly filthy and half are broken. My groceries fell out at the back of the trolley a while back. And their prices have increased significantly

Their staff is super friendly and supportive they must keep up the good work.
My suggestion though would be to make sure that their prices align with their products on the shelves.

I used to love shopping at Sunshine Cash and Carry because of the affordable prices. However, I've noticed that prices have increased lately, which is disappointing. Saturdays are especially hectic with long queues and lots of shoppers. If you're looking for a quick shopping trip, I'd recommend avoiding this place.

I had a great experience at Sunshine Cash N Carry! The store is well-organized, and they have a wide variety of products to choose from, making it convenient for all your shopping needs. However, I did notice that some items can be on the expensive side, and you may not always get the best value for your money. Despite that, the overall shopping experience was enjoyable, and I'll definitely be returning for their excellent customer service and selection.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ''all-under-one-roof'' experience, and the reasonable prices.

I do my groceries here every month and I'm happy with their prices. I get to buy everything at once, I call it 'my one stop store'

Not enough trolleys alot of them are broken and you wait in line about an hour just to pay

Grocery of R2000 with sunshine you guaranteed to get everything for half that price. I just don't favor the ques it's very confusing but today they had stickers which was much better and people knew where to que or stand in line

My (as Senior Citizen) first experience at Sunshine Cash and Carry was great, will come again and staff was very helpful, Ingrid

There are no trolleys, had to wait for customers to off load the groceries before getting a trolley, most of the trolleys are broken uts difficult to use them. Quess are long I had to wait for over 2 hours on the que while many tills are closed. There are no packers, I had to pack my groceries after paying. The service is pathetic

Well came late 2022 and was there this January 2023.mmmh please may the owner take back his or her business. Prices are all over the place and most of the products are no longer on the shelf. The previous owner allowed a wide array of products. I couldn't even get Nivea sprays and roll on. Please sir or ma'am take back this shop to its original glory. Whoever you gave this shop to isn't doing justice to your brand name.

Their pricing & range is great but we always struggle to get a working trolley. Sometimes you find shelves blocked by pallets, especially near the coldrinks aisles. Then you get the tellers who are perpetually bored.

It's a awesome place to shop, just very busy and the queues are very long, they definitely need more tills to help get customers in and out quicker.

Big enough and enough stock. I was unhappy about the cake I couldn't get, of which I ordered a month in advance. Very disappointed

It's always packed. There's a long line to pay, a long line to exit (which is so unnecessary) so frustrating.

The manager at Sunshine Westgate branch is rude and has no customer service. I just had a bad experienced today.

Modern store with everything you need. Excellent staff and store management ensure that clients will return for more purchases

The management is not doing their job, they always sitting on computers and even if you complain about bad service they'll tell you there's nothing they can do, you only find the old white man working there trying to assist the customers, the bakery department is doing a very good job, butchery also they're trying their best to certisfy the customers at the tills is a mess no Packers, and forklift working in between the people. It used to be my favourite shop but now it's like they don't care about the customers as they reach the limit amount of money they spend on the shop, now they just minding their commission.and it's like Marabastad and MTN taxi Rank there
