Sunshine Cash & Carry Westgate

Very good bakery and cheep products. But bad customer service from floor staff, some tellers and staff manager.

What a nightmare. Only a few pay points open at month end. Customers must que in 4 long ques going to the back of the store and around another aisle. Its unbelievable! Qued for 2 hours to pay. Customers can't get to the shelves to reach products as the pay point ques block the shelves! Prices not on the shelves. Aisles are blocked when products are ofloaded onto shelves during the busiest time!

Shopping inside the shop is very bad. Long queues and dirty trollies is horrible. With regards to price it's much better than other wholesales it's a one stop shop for groceries.

The que is slow slow everyday. The 10 item que takes max 2hours on a good day 1: 30mins. Why can you not operate like other sunshine. The store is not even that full. Month end and during is the same.

A very large store, doesn't asvertiae prizes. If you jnow your prises, please go an get a tme to go. It is worthwhile. Extremely friendly serve, l

It's super affordable, BUT it's forever packed and I don't find it safe with forklifts and steps all over the place.

The nicest thing about sunshine cash and carry is that you will get whatever you need that a supermarket sells, at an affordable price. But, it's grocery trollies are the worst! It's always packed with people! They have the longest lines which move slow! I literally waited at the line for 40 mins just to purchase 9 items

The supermarket is in a very good hygiene, shelves are full and clean, the service is good and quick, easy to shop here.

I really dont like what is happening at Westgate sunshine, the cashiers are always focusing on gossip nd now I got charged 3times for only 1 item and when i tried calling the store there was no answer, now i have to take a taxi again to sort this out and the cost of living is at boiling point, This can be avoided by good management and good people skills

I was suprised I could not take slice cheese for myself, and was told I can only order it from the cashier were I pay, was really stunt, and when I asked the cashier about that she they are missing a lot of cheese that they cant account for, so they suspect customers are stealing, hence you can only get it from the till

It is safe and accesable for shopping, shelves are packed in an excellent manner whereby you shop easily, freely without wasting time

The lines are the worst i mean you can't have 1 line and have lazy stuff and think it will work out. At Makro there is also 1 line but trust me the stuff is fast.

I was at Sunshine and i was in the que standing in 1 place for more than 10min that nonsense.

Prices not on all on shelves. Only a few pay points open. Customers are queing down the isles for literally hours to pay. Good luck if you can find a grocery cart of which all wheels are turning in the same direction.

They need proper and more trolleys.
The queues are long and many tills without operator's.

There was no stock on most products.sliced cheese is now available at the managers office.experience was bad

Great prices. But it can be very busy best to go early mornings and goodluck finding a trolley that turns nicely

Prices are reasonable but long ques and dey don't care about customers there's no one to Control dem.der should be ques for pensioners, heavily pregnant woman, women with small babies and disabled.iam failed my wife had a month old baby we spoke to the superior person but they refused her to pay we had to stand a que for an hour kindly do something about it

Two hours queing to get to the till and pay. Worst customer service and no systems in place. Won't be going back

This sunshine is Clean. They sanitize your hands upon entering. They clean the trolley for you upon entering. The groceries are easy to find. I was really done shopping in less than 30minutes. My goodness the wait from the time of my completion of shopping to checking out at the cashier took a WHOLE ONE HOUR! I was totally unimpressed. The lines are long. I was with my mom who is over 70yrs old. She had to wait ok these long lines until I asked for a chair where she could sit. They have poor management on how to check out their customers and mind you some stores have check out for the elderly. They don't. Not impressed at all.
