Placed an order for a cake on the 10th of November for the 10th of Dec, o ly to get there @ 13hrs20min for them to tell me to wait an hour till they done with the cake.

And A Very Big Surprise We Got.

If only check out could be quicker, fork lift movement kept to a minimum during shopping hours, trolleys cleaned and old ones replaced. This would be the perfect place to shop. Pricing is GREAT, variety of goods available from toiletries to bakery to butchery, generally friendly staff on the floor and at the tills. Go early is my advice! It gets packed. Oh and I found the new Westgate branch to be cleaner & more spacious but has higher cost of goods as opposed to the old Roodepoort branch for some odd reason

Very clean neat and the pricing is good, I want the yesterday, trust me it's the best time to go there because month-end it get so busy you can't even move. And when too busy, you get people who go there to steal. Keep your valuables and car locked that is the only problem

Pre Christmas shopping. Prepare to stand and wait for tills. Prices always in the shoppers favour.

They have fantastic prices.
The quality is excellent.
Especially the people who work there. All are helpful and kind. It reminds me of the old OK shopping centre.

The prices are certainly affordable and reasonable. But from my experience the cashiers I can't say much good about them. I had to wait so long in queue as the cashier was busy assisting one of the store staff member. You can tell they didn't care much that customers are waiting in line to be assisted. They also don't help you pack your stuff. Well its a very much convenient store, can't say I won't recommend anyone or won't go back. I'm just disappointed with the cashiers

The worst experience ever. The cashiers are disrespectful and have no good customer care. They just up and leave at any given moment with thee longest line waiting to be served. When you ask they give you attitude. I'm NEVER going back there.

My favourite place to do my monthly shopping for groceries. Everything in one place, from toiletries to food and very good quality meat. All at a very affordable price.

Sunshine is by far the cheapest cash and carry in Joburg, however it is dirty. Trolleys are never changed. Just bring gloves to do your shopping. It's so cheap you will overlook the dirt

Nice affordable bulk and regular shopping, can be extremely full at times though and most of the trollies are broken, im guessing from overload

Bad service. Queues not moving at all. Bad management in general. Left full trolley there out of frustration

The store is always packed by shoppers and you get more for less.the prices are what other supermarkets call sale/ speacial.

The prices are better than any other shop I've been to. Brands at 3/4 to half the price for the same products at other stores.

Avoid. Avoid. Long queues. Filthy, unkept trolleys. The aisles are a mess with unpacked goods blocking movement. Worst of all you must pray not to be run over by forklifts moving between aisles. A disaster waiting to happen. Few tills open. Unfriendly cashiers, you pack your own groceries. Yes, slightly cheaper prices on unknown brands only, but rather avoid the place.

Shopping was great, it was not packed as it usually is month end. The quees were not long. Price is always good

They offer the most reasonable prices on all their goods. Freak food and products always. I just wish they could manage the queues better. The queues arw suddenly long and a slow hassle. You find yourself being inconvenience by the people standing and waiting

Sunshine behind Westgate Mall. Dont go there. Trolleys are filthy and a health hazard. Long long queues. Unhelpful cashiers, you pack your own groceries. Management useless and turn a blind eye. Im never going there again. Rather go to President Hyper and see how well managed it is.

The place is good for shopping but they're trolleys are disaster, I don't know why they do not fix them, otherwise they're prizes are reasonable, thank you

Very decent, clean and organised. Staff friendly and helpful. Proper parking facilities. Hectic when its stokvel but otherwise a nice and peaceful place to do one's shopping.
