WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER! WORST TURNAROUND ON TECHNICAL SUPPORT! GREAT MACHINE, SERVICE HORRIFYING!

Absolutely terrible after sales service. So much lies at the sales desk it isn't funny. A brand new 10k machine isn't working from 22nd Dec.
I'm told to to for training it isn't my first machine from this company. There is literally no service once they have your money.

Don't ever support them

AVOID THIS COMPANY. The quality of the product is inferior and the service is shocking! We have had a UV printer for over a year now and have had a technician out 6 times to address breakdowns.well that's when you are able to book a technician due to their unreliability, poor work ethics and communication.

Hulle is so besig om miljoene webtuistes en onnodige beskrywings te maak dat hulle after sales service heeltemal in die drein af is. Ek het 'n blerrie duur masjien gekoop onder die indruk dat opleiding remotely aangebied word. Nou sit ek met 'n masjien waarna ek net moet kyk en daars soveel nommers dat mens net nie by die regte mense uitkom nie. Eks bitter teleurgesteld.

UPDATE: I stick by this review because our machine is not even a year old and is now unusable. Let's see of they honor their maintenance agreement and warranty

Drove for an hour to get there, after having made an appointment to view a machine, once I got there, was told the machine had not even arrived yet, and there was no demo machine to look at. Unprofessional, unapologetic, pathetic service. Also, they sent a quote in advance that was over R1000 more than advertised price.

You guys got a good team. It was a great purchase with Natasha, a safe dispatch with Tanaka and great training with Carrington

Thank you to Carrington for swiftly helping us with an issue we were facing. It took less than 10 min to solve.

My windows hade an upgrade and set all my settings out for my vinal cutter, i contacted AM.co.za and spoke to Katlego, his assistances got me going in no time. Thanks a lot. Will recommend him any time.

I had the pleasure of having Carrington to sort out both my machines at my home and I must say he is really dedicated in pleasing a customer. He is one in a million that really took his time to help wherever it was needed and even went the extra mile to sort out my cutter as well. This is the first time I have received an order that surpasses my expectations. All the online orders that I have placed with Advanced Machinery have been very smooth and hassle-free. They are quick to respond to inquiries and fulfill orders quick too.

I spoke to a technician named Lincoln, he quickly assisted me remotely, installed my required drivers and showed me the basics of cutting. All in below 10 minutes. Great after sales service. Thumbs up from me!
