My machine arrived within 3 days of ordering it, when I was ready to set it up I felt a bit overwhelmed, and whatsapped the technical support number - Lincoln from AM Technical Support responded very fast, and logged into my PC remotely and did all that needed to be done from his side. The machine works beautifully, I definitely recommend them. Thanks for a great service!

Ek het 'n blerrie duur masjien gekoop onder die indruk dat opleiding remotely aangebied word. Nou sit ek met 'n masjien waarna ek net moet kyk en daars soveel nommers dat mens net nie by die regte mense uitkom nie. Eks bitter teleurgesteld.

UPDATE: I stick by this review because our machine is not even a year old and is now unusable. Let's see of they honor their maintenance agreement and warranty

I would like to share the experience I encountered dealing with the technician Carrington Sakonda, This technician gave me such amazing service and turn what could have been very frustrating in to an exceptional experience. Carrington went above and beyond to assist the installation of my UV printer and made it his goal to make sure I was printing before we parted ways, he also imparted much need advice and knowledge regarding the upkeep of the printer, Thank you Carrington.

Drove for an hour to get there, after having made an appointment to view a machine, once I got there, was told the machine had not even arrived yet, and there was no demo machine to look at. Unprofessional, unapologetic, pathetic service. Also, they sent a quote in advance that was over R1000 more than advertised price.

My review is based on the excellent technical support we received from Carrington Sakonda, he was very patient in training our print technicians virtually and even stayed behind at work after office hours to continue to assist us in making sure that we finally got our machines running and that the printing staff was well trained in operating the machines

The after sale service is top notch. Whenever I am stuck Carrington Sakonda is there to assist me. He knows exactly what to do and helps me as quickly as possible. I am also very happy with my V-smart vinyl cutter and it has been a great investment. The software that I purchased with my machine is far better than anything I have used before. I do design in Illustrator but Flexistarter easily assists me with processing all my cutting jobs.it is very easy to work between the 2 programs.
