My machine arrived within 3 days of ordering it, when I was ready to set it up I felt a bit overwhelmed, and whatsapped the technical support number - Lincoln from AM Technical Support responded very fast, and logged into my PC remotely and did all that needed to be done from his side. I would like to share the experience I encountered dealing with the technician Carrington Sakonda, This technician gave me such amazing service and turn what could have been very frustrating in to an exceptional experience. The after sale service is top notch. Whenever I am stuck Carrington Sakonda is there to assist me. He knows exactly what to do and helps me as quickly as possible. I am also very happy with my V-smart vinyl cutter and it has been a great investment. The software that I purchased with my machine is far better than anything I have used before. I do design in Illustrator but Flexistarter easily assists me with processing all my cutting jobs.it is very easy to work between the 2 programs.
