I will highly recommend remote assistance from Mecias he is very helpful and very certain about what needs to be done. He has helped me not once at AM the rest have to go back and fourth asking him for solution.

Donald gave us brilliant efficient advise. When I called and explained what I had bought +/- 15 years ago he was able to help without any issues. Thanks to EXCELLENT service from Carrington, I was able to get my software setup for my new digital printing machine as well as the vinyl cutter. I never imagined the joy and fun in the printing industry until I started using AM. CO. ZA machines. I'm still perplexed by an extraordinary support service I received from Mr Carrington. I requested his assistance on Saturday at around 12pm when he was preparing to knock off, but because of time he committed to assist me when he gets home. To my surprise, he used the entire afternoon in training me and setting up my computer. I'm still amazed by the level of enthusiasm and passion he has when assisting a client. He is very patient and eager to help me understand every step. Thank you so much to him and AM. CO. ZA for a wonderful service.
