I had the pleasure of having Carrington to sort out both my machines at my home and I must say he is really dedicated in pleasing a customer. He is one in a million that really took his time to help wherever it was needed and even went the extra mile to sort out my cutter as well. He is a major asset to the company that makes it a pleasure to even call support knowing he is one of them that is always eager to assist at all times. I spoke to a technician named Lincoln, he quickly assisted me remotely, installed my required drivers and showed me the basics of cutting. All in below 10 minutes. Great after sales service. Thumbs up from me!

It is the best advanced machinery company, they offer professional remote assistance with highly qualified technicians, they really helped me when i had an issue with my Vinyl Cut software. AM. CO. ZA is the best

I will highly recommend remote assistance from Mecias he is very helpful and very certain about what needs to be done. He has helped me not once at AM the rest have to go back and fourth asking him for solution.

Donald gave us brilliant efficient advise. When I called and explained what I had bought +/- 15 years ago he was able to help without any issues.
